Where is the activation code?
Inside the back cover, under the silver label. Scratch it gently with a coin.
The label is damaged or the code doesn't work?
Send us a photo of the inside back cover and your receipt, and we'll sort it out.
How many people can use one code?
Each code is for one family, for 12 months, on up to 3 devices and 4 children.
My child can't read yet. Is that OK?
Yes. Every activity uses pictures, sound and notes for the grown-up. There are no tests.
What do you collect about my child?
Only a nickname, an avatar, an age band and learning progress. Never a real name, photo or voice.
